Good News Habitat of Richmond, Indiana provides financial education for future homeowners. If you're interested in purchasing a Habitat home in Wayne, Randolph, or Union county and you meet the income requirements, click here to download and fill out the application materials. Applicants go through a rigorous vetting process to make sure they will be able to maintain a home mortgage.
